Each box contains six Young Guns cards, six Focus of Attention, Start Dates, Defense Mechanism and/or Rookie Retrospective cards, four UD Canvas cards, two UD Portraits cards, two Honor Roll cards, one Blue Dazzlers card, one Clear Cut parallel, a Freestyles or other hit card, a French parallel card from the base game (including Young Guns) and a Wildcard card!

The first installment of Upper Deck's flagship product features the first 250 cards from the 2022-23 base set. The set includes 198 regular cards, 49 Young Guns cards and three check cards. Also collect the highly sought-after Exclusives (#'d to 100), High Gloss (#'d to 10), French, and hobby-exclusive Clear Cut parallels.

Young Guns are the most anticipated beginner cards of the year! Collect six in each box, on average.

UD Canvas, a long-time collector's favorite, features a collection of today's top gaming stars as well as the best Young Guns! Series 1 contains the first 120 cards of this cross-series game. Look for super rare UD Canvas Signatures hand signed and numbered cards. Collect four cards from this set per box, on average.

New insert sets!

The latest edition of Series 1 features an impressive number of new insert sets that will appeal to everyone, from the casual fan to the avid collector. Here's a look at a few of them:

- Center of Attention: A collection of the best veteran centers in the league. Also look for rare gold parallels.
- Freestyles: The first part of this colorful inter-series set only features star veterans. Keep an eye out for super rare Gold versions, and be ready to collect the Series 2 Rookie Freestyles set.
- Number of copies: There are seven different prints (1000, 500, 100, 50, 25, 10 and 1) of this unique 30-card deck featuring top stars and rookies. Everyone will be chasing low-run versions!
- Strike Zone: This all-new die-cut acetate insert on three sides features star centers and wings.

No more acetate cards! Collect the Clear Cut Foundations and Clear Cut League Leaders multiplayer sets, and add the following nine cards to your Clear Cut Honored Members living set.

The ever-popular UD Portraits insert is back with a spectacular new design! This set is made up of short-run stars and superstars. Collect two per box, on average. Keep an eye out for the black and white parallels of each group, with Stars numbered at 99 copies and Short Run Superstars at just 25 copies.

The popular Honor Roll and Dazzlers inserts are also back. Look for the Rainbow (#250) and Golden Rainbow (#25) parallels from the Honor Roll series, as well as the blue and pink Dazzlers! Collect two per box, on average.
