Each retail box of the 2022-23 Upper Deck hockey Series 1 contains 24 packs with 8 cards per pack!

The first installment of Upper Deck's flagship product presents the first 250 cards of the 2022-23 core set. The set includes 198 regular cards, 49 Young Guns cards, and three checklist cards.

The Young Guns are the most anticipated rookie cards of the year! Collect two from each box, on average.

UD Canvas, a long-time favorite among collectors, returns with a collection of the best current stars of the game as well as the best Young Guns! Series 1 contains the first 120 cards of this inter-series set. Collect one card from this set per box, on average.

New insert sets! The latest edition of Series 1 offers three new insert sets that will appeal to everyone from the casual fan to the passionate collector:

Blue Freestyles: The first installment of this colorful inter-series set features only star veterans. Collect the complete set and get ready to collect the Rookie Freestyles set coming in Series 2!

Defensive Mechanism: A collection of the league's best goalkeepers.

The hugely popular UD Portraits insert is back with a spectacular new design! This set features stars and superstars with short prints.

The popular Honor Roll insert is also back. The checklist for this attractive series includes only active stars.

Collect stunning Orange Dazzlers cards exclusive to Tins & Fat Packs! Each brightly coloured card features a full-length star player (no background) on patterned foil.
